Terms and Conditions

 All bookings must be made in writing on the enclosed booking form and are subject to the following terms and conditions.

1. A booking date may be made by telephone and will be held for seven days pending a receipt of a completed booking form and full deposit. The full payment for your stay is due within 10 weeks of departure.

2. A booking deposit of $250.00 is required with a completed booking form. The booking will be confirmed in writing within 14 days of receipt of that booking form and deposit.

3. Approximately 10 weeks prior to your departure, an invoice will be sent to you indicating the balance due. This is required to be paid not later than 8 WEEKS prior to the date booked. If payment has not been received by this time, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and the deposit will be lost. All information relating to the home and directions will be supplied at this time.

4. Upon arrival at our home in Clermont, a key will be available outside the front door in a Lock Box.

5. In the event of cancellation the following charges will normally apply:

More than 10 weeks~Loss of deposit

5-10 weeks prior~50% of Rental charge

Less than 5 weeks~100% of Rental charge

6. It is required that the client and all members of his/her party are covered by adequate Vacation insurance. Neither the owner of the property nor servants or agents will be liable for loss or damage arising in connection with any matter outside of our reasonable control. The following list is not exhaustive but includes: Acts of God, Strikes, Plot/Political Unrest, War, Industrial Disputes, and Failure of Public Services. Furthermore, neither the owner or servants or agents will accept liability for any injury however caused to the client and member of his/her party or visitor to the property as a result of the use of the pool. All clients are specifically required to supervise children in and around the pool.

7. The leading name on the booking form must be over 24 years of age.

8. Clients may gain access to the property after 4:00pm upon arrival and the property must be vacated by 11:00am on the day of departure, unless otherwise arranged and agreed.

9. We regret no pets allowed.

10. Smoking is not permitted in the house.
